Due to the nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, personal preference, or accidental purchases.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herlittleluxuries.co@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

JEWELRY DISCLOSURE

Materials and finishes will be listed in each product description whenever applicable. Fashion jewelry and plated finishes may naturally change or wear over time depending on use, moisture, chemicals, and care.
