HER LITTLE LUXURIES™ offers fashion jewelry, accessories, and related products. All products are subject to availability and may sell out or be discontinued at any time.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors, sizes, finishes, and details. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations between individual pieces.
Product materials and finishes will be identified in product descriptions when applicable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
PRICING & PROMOTIONS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. Promotional offers are valid only during the dates or conditions stated and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.
HER LITTLE LUXURIES™ reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other website errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer when appropriate.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.
SHIPPING
In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Certain preorder, custom, personalized, or special-order items may require approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment. Extended processing times will be disclosed in the applicable product description.
Shipping and delivery are also subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final, except where an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item is received due to our error, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

JEWELRY CARE
Fashion jewelry and plated finishes may naturally change or show wear over time. Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, oils, chemicals, sweat, and improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry.
Normal wear, tarnishing, fading, scratching, or damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The HER LITTLE LUXURIES™ name, original branding, graphics, photographs, written content, and She Got Pieces.™ branding may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website or its content for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purposes, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
