Shipping policy
PREORDERS, CUSTOM & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS
Certain preorder, custom, personalized, or special-order pieces may require additional processing time and may take approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment.
Any extended processing timeframe will be clearly stated in the individual product description before purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and special-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.
HER LITTLE LUXURIES™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. HER LITTLE LUXURIES™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once tracking shows that your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
If your package becomes delayed, lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We will assist with available shipping information when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to a packing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herlittleluxuries.co@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the matter.
